REFERRAL FEE:
In acknowledgement of receiving a referral from HORSEPROPERTYREALTOR.COM, Recipient Broker agrees to pay a 25% of gross commission received on the client (buying or listing) side only to HorsePropertyRealtor.com (a division of Triple Crown Real Estate) payable through escrow upon recordation of deed or other evidence of ownership transfer.
This agreement is ongoing and documentation of referral shall be in writing via email where agent accepts the referral as his/her client. If agent is unable to perform their duties for any reason, HORSEPROPERTYREALTOR.COM reserves the right to move the client to a different agent. Agent agrees to notify HorsePropertyRealtor.com within 48 hours of an accepted offer or completed listing agreement of a referred client and to provide closing company information.
Agent also agrees to sign a client specific referral at that time to be given to the closing company.
